  • No. We do not require proof of income, residency, or documentation status to access any of our programs. If you need help, that is the only qualification that matters.

  • Yes. All conversations with our navigators and all information you share through the intake form are kept strictly confidential. We do not share your information with government agencies, employers, or other organizations without your explicit written consent.

  • Our standard response time is within 24 hours on business days. If you are facing an urgent housing or safety situation, please note that in your intake form or call us directly — urgent cases are prioritized for same-day response.

  • Absolutely. Many of the people we serve benefit from multiple programs simultaneously — for example, someone in job training may also need advocacy support for a housing issue. Your navigator will help you coordinate across programs.

  • That is exactly what our navigators are here for. Select "I'm not sure" in the intake form and a navigator will call you to talk through your situation and identify the best path forward. There is no wrong answer.

  • Yes. We have navigators who speak Spanish, Somali, and Amharic, and we work with interpretation services for other languages. Please note your preferred language in the intake form.
